Q) How long the Out Of Stocks / Pre-Order stocks will arrive?
A) We will place order (Not you) from oversea suppliers from time to time, so please ASK us when is our next oversea shipping order, and we don’t have an exact time, this is exclude the sea shipping time yet. If you can accept, please place the order. If you cant’ wait, please don’t do that. If you no ask us, we will consider that you have assumed or agreed to our terms.
And most of the times, shipping will delay for many reasons such as port delay, natural disasters, their holiday, our holiday, problematic customs clearance…etc. Please keep in mind, the money can’t be refund once the goods ordered from oversea.
Once the goods arrived, we will inform you immediately and ship out after that
Q) Why the Pre-Order delivery time taking so long ?
A) Because we are not only order one or two items purposely for you.
Q) Why some items taking so fast to reach, but why some take so long ?
A) It is depend where we order the item from.
Q) For a item that I ordered is Pre-Order item, but for the another one is not, can you ship the ready stocks first ?
A) Yes, usually we suggest ship all together once the Pre-Ordered goods arrived, however if there is request from your side, we can do that but there will be double shipping cost charges.
Q) Now only I realized that my order is pre-order items, and you not yet order from oversea, can I request for refund ?
A) Yes, but we will debit 3% charge for the total refund amount if you are using payment gateway for the order, and it will refund directly from our bank transfer during end of the month. However if it is fault from our side, we will refund without any charge.
Q) Why there is charge ?
A) Because payment gateway company charged us.
Q) Can I request refund directly from the payment gateway company ?
A) Yes, as long as the money not yet transfer to us. However is the money transferred to us, then you need wait until end of the month from us.
Q) When is the refund date?
A) Refund date will on every end of month 28th.
Q) Why the refund date must on specific date?
A) It is our account day – 28th, process of refund need the bank secureTAC approval from our accountant to approve it.
Q) I waited for sometime however at the end no stocks at the end.
A) The chance of this issue is very rare, sometime we cannot expect this happen because the supplier missed send it to us, if this issue happen at the end, we will refund for you without any excuse.
