Q) Do you offer COD service ?
A) We no more offer COD service, and now will use ODD instead.
Q) What is COD & ODD?
A) We are using the short forms:
COD – Cash On Delivery
ODD – On-Demand Delivery (Lalamove)
Q) Why no more COD ?
A) As we received high number of riders run away our money, so no more COD, thanks for your understanding.
Q) Is there possible to self collect ?
A) As most of our products is sensitive goods so it is not allow for pickup/COD, thanks for your understanding
Q) How much is the charge for ODD?
A) The rate as below:
ON DEMAND DELIVERY (ODD/LALA) – Lalamove

● Cover areas: Within KL/PJ or acceptable range within Selangor
*04) RM30.00 – LALA Delivery*
● Phone or online order
● Same Day/Instant Delivery
● Cover areas: Within KL/PJ or acceptable range within Selangor
*05) RM30.00 – LALA Delivery*
● Phone or online order
● Same/Next Day/Distance Delivery
● Cover areas: Klang / Shah Alam / Sepang / Rawang

● All payment must be made before the delivery
● Delivery time will be from 02.00 pm ~ 10.00 pm
● If you prefer make payment by credit / debit card, FPX or TNG, please login to our website
● Rates are subjected to change from time to time, if the final amount is higher than the rate on that day, we may charge you according to the fee.
● Sometime without add up the “Priority Fee”, it is hard for us to get rider, if case if we need any, we will talk to you
● Our side “Priority Fee” maximum cover up to RM3.00 only
● For certain areas of Klang & Shah Alam, the minimum rate is RM30.00 as it is too far from KL City
● Please never and ever pay any shipping money to the rider and we are not responsible for any lost
Q) Why is the COD charge so expensive?
A) Too cover up and down, so far this is the best average rate we offer.
Q) Can I request Lalamove Delivery on weekend or public holiday?
A) Nope, because we are not working.
