Q) My order just submitted or the payment has just been made, why the status show no update ?
A) Order status of “Pending Payment / On Hold” will change to “Payment Received” once the payment is verified
Q) Can I order from Shopee or Lazada but send using your side courier service or Lala delivery ?
A) Both side offers, rules and terms is different, if you place an order through a marketplace, please follow their procedure there and if you order thru us, we have our own procedure.
