A: Yes, the AIR-TECH Series is reusable! Reusability may vary according to methods and strength of use, cleaning, storage and maintenance.

Q: Is the TENGA AIR-TECH Series electronic?
A: No. Please use the products manually.

Q: How do you wash the AIR-TECH products?
A: We recommend the following:
1) Remove internal sleeve from outer case.
2) Invert and wash under running water. If using soap, ensure the soap is a neutral or mild soap so as not to damage the material.
3) Dry off with a towel.
4) Invert again to original state to dry. If left inverted (2) the material may stretch and become unusable.
5) Store inside the outer case.

Q: What are the differences between the White, Red, Black and Silver AIR-TECHs?
A: The White, Red and Black differ in intensity of experience through material firmness and internal structure, and the Silver ULTRA is 1.2 times larger than the others.

● Regular (Red ): Similar to our Red CUP Series, this is the standard stimulation strength.
● Gentle (White):Smoother internal structure for a soft sensation.

A: Think of the AIR-TECH Series as the CUP Series’ reusable cousin. The AIR-TECHs are reusable, have stronger vacuum strength thanks to their airflow structure and a new air-cushion system!

Q: Does that mean the AIR-TECH Series is better than the CUP Series?
A: Not exactly. While being reusable is great, the hygiene of a one-use item is not to be set aside. The CUPs also come in a variety of forms that each provide a different function such as a malleable case, double insertion points, etc. Check out what the CUPs have to offer here – they’re also lower in price!

Q: I’m having trouble inserting, what can I do?
A: Don’t forget to remove the sticker covering the air hole at the tip of the item – this allows air to flow out of the item for smooth insertion. Ensure that the inside of the sleeve, insertion point of the sleeve are all well lubricated. During use, covering this air hole after insertion will create a vacuum on the inside for an exhilarating suction sensation!

Q: What is the air hole for?
