A) Yes! You can. As long as the product not in opened or used, please contact us regarding this and not more than 03 days from the date received.
Q) I found the product is defected or abnormal after used, can I request for exchange, refund or whatever?
A) No, we are unable to offer any refund, partially refund, exchange or return of the products that used due to hygienic reason. Since the products in seal and we can’t check the perfection of the products, therefore the products should be check on your side before use. Common sensely, the products should not be use if you found it in any suspicious condition in the beginning but not the ending. In most cases, we will suggest you deal with the manufacturer company as we don’t have the warranty department here.
