Q) How do the SVR Series items work?
A) The Smart Vibe Ring (SVR) items consist of a vibrator attached to a silicone ring for use in partnered play and during sex.
The ring can be stretched around the penis and placed at the base of a shaft for vibrations during sex, or it can be used as a vibrator by simply holding the item.
The SVR one features a newly engineered C-ring that allows you to attach or remove the item even during use, allowing for more freedom and pleasure in the moment.
Q) Do the SVR Series items include a warranty?
A) Yes! There is a warranty period.

Q) What is the difference between the original SVR Series and the SVR+ and the SVR one?
A) The SVR+ is a little larger, with a new motor that is 1.5x stronger than the original SVRs, along with 2 new vibration patterns and deeper vibration overall. The two products also come with different charging cables; the original SVR with a Charging Cable, and the SVR+ with a compact USB Charger.
The SVR one is a battery operated product, with only a single vibration strength. It also has a C-shaped ring, to be easily attached or removed during use.

A) While the ring is stretchable, overstretching can cause the ring to become disfigured or remain overstretched.

A) The SVR and SVR+ are both rechargeable items, while the SVR one is battery operated.

Q) Can I charge the SVR Series items with a generic USB Cable?
A) The port on the SVR and SVR+ products are not the same as common USB Cables, and were made specifically for the SVR and SVR+.

The SVR one is battery operated and does not use a charging cable.
Q) The product doesn’t come with an AC Adapter for wall plugs, what should I do?
A) Please use a USB port on your computer, or use an AC Adapter if you have one available.
※Please only use adapters with 5V1A output.

Q) Can I charge the SVR+ with the original SVR’s USB Cable? Or the SVR with the SVR+’s Charger?
A) Yes, you can!
You can also use the USB Charger that comes with the SVR+ to charge the original SVR series items, and vice versa.
Q) How should I turn item on?
A) Simply press and hold the power button to turn ON. Press and hold again to turn OFF.
Q) What vibration modes does the SVR/SVR+/SVR one have?
A) Both the SVR and SVR+ offer multiple vibrations strengths and pulse patterns. The SVR one has a single vibration mode.
Cycle through the modes by pressing the power button once the item is ON.

Q) Are the SVR Series items waterproof? What about the charging port on the product?
A) Yes! Both the SVR and SVR+ (including both items’ charging ports!) are fully waterproof up to 50cm, for use in water and easy washing. After washing and allowing the item to fully dry, store them in their included cases to keep them clean.

■ Do not charge the item near water sources, or submerge the item while it is charging.
■ Do not use in depths over 50cm, in strong water flow, or in water other than tap/bath water.
Q) How should I wash the SVR Series items?
A) Please wash the items with cold or tepid water. If there is any noticeable dirtiness on the item, please use a neutral, mild soap. Note that the charging port of the SVR/SVR+ is rust-proof and can withstand the above washing procedures.

Q) What should I use for lubrication with the SVR Series?
A) Only water-based lubricants should be used with SVR Series.
■ Please refrain from using silicone-based lubricants, oils such as baby oil or other non-water based lubricants with the SVR Series items. These may cause disfiguration, discoloration or defects in the device.
Q) How safe are the SVR Series items?
A) The SVR and SVR+ are made of body-safe silicone, and are waterproof for hygienic cleaning.
The exposed charging port is also waterproof and rust-proof. There is no danger of electric shocks from the USB port.
The SVR one is made from TPE, and is also waterproof for hygienic cleaning.
Please note the SVR series are for external use and are not medical items, so internal use is at the risk of the user.
