How to Use
– To open the FLIP ZERO EV, first remove the Slide Arms. Press the clasps on the sides to unlock.
– Once opened, apply your favorite TENGA Lotion or water based lubricant inside the FLIP ZERO EV.
– Close the FLIP ZERO EV and slide the Slide Arms back on. Be sure to apply lotion to the entry point before insertion.
– Press the button on the TOP of the FLIP ZERO EV to activate the vibrations.
Product Care
– When it’s time to clean the FLIP ZERO EV, start by removing the Slide Arms
– Press to unclasp the locks and open the FLIP ZERO EV.
– Pulling apart the clasps by force may cause damage and prevent the FLIP ZERO EV from closing properly.
– Wash under running cold or tepid water.
– To dry, lay the slide arms flat and place the partially opened FLIP ZERO EV into the slots to keep it in place.
– Using the included USB cable, place the FLIP ZERO EV in its charging base to charge

A: Yes! With proper washing and care, the FLIP ZERO items are reusable. Please note that product longevity may vary in accordance with methods and strength of use, lubricant choice, cleaning and storage methods, and overall maintenance.

Q: Is the product electronic?
A: The FLIP ZERO and FLIP ZERO GRAVITY are manual products, while the FLIP ZERO EV Series are electronic items!
*The FLIP ZERO EV can be used both manually, and also with its electronic vibration.
Q: What are the differences between the FLIP HOLE, FLIP ORB, FLIP ZERO, FLIP ZERO GRAVITY, and FLIP ZERO EV Series?
A: All of these series are part of the TENGA FLIP product family, but where the FLIP HOLE Series are made of two separate halves held together at their hinge, the FLIP ZERO / GRAVITY / EV and ORB Series items are made of one elastomer sleeve, coming together at the insertion point with our unique “”Integrated Pivot”” – a hinge inside the product body. This makes the insertion point of the item seamless, drastically reducing lubricant leakage as well as improving vacuum intensity.
On top of this, the FLIP ZERO / GRAVITY / EV Series is made of our Premium material, that was previously only available in Japan, and with our improvements in molding and engineering technology, the details are the most intricate to date. With the new design, the FLIP ZERO is not only easier to hold, but the Slide Arms also allow for much easier assembly.
The FLIP ZERO / FLIP ZERO GRAVITY and FLIP ZERO EV items are part of the same FLIP ZERO Series, but all feature different internal details, and the EV (Electronic Vibration) Series have – as the name implies – vibrating cores inside the item for additional vibrating pleasure during use. The latest addition, the FLIP ZERO GRAVITY, offers intricate details at a lower elevation, allowing for much smoother and faster movement during use.
Q: What are the difference between the FLIP ZERO / FLIP ZERO GRAVITY / EV Series colors?
A: The FLIP ZERO, FLIP ZERO GRAVITY, and FLIP ZERO EV Series come in two standard colors, white and black.
The white ZERO/EV items are our standard strength items, while the black items are made of a firmer material with more dynamic interior details for a stronger, more intense sensation.
Q: What is this white ring included in the FLIP ZERO Series packaging?
A: The white ring included with the items are there to stabilize the item inside the package during shipping, and does not have any other function. Some choose to keep this ring and use it for storage, but it can simply be disposed of.
Q: How should I wash the FLIP ZERO Series items?
A: The FLIP ZERO, FLIP ZERO GRAVITY, and FLIP ZERO EV Series items are basically washed in the same way, but please note the Charging Base of the FLIP ZERO EV is NOT waterproof, so please do not submerge this part in water.
*The product body and Slide Arms of the EV Series are waterproof and can be washed in water.
Washing instructions
1) Remove the Slide Arms and flip the item open.
2) Wash under running lukewarm water.
3) Place on the Slide Arms to air dry.
4) Once completely dry, close and replace Slide Arms for storage.

Q: Can I charge the FLIP ZERO EV while drying it?
A: Yes! After washing them, pat dry the FLIP ZERO EV Body and Slide Arms with a dry cloth. Plug in the Charging Base. Next, place the Slide Arms on the Charging Base and place the open Body on to the Slide Arms. Leave in a dry, well-ventilated area.
<Warning>
■ Please refrain from charging the item in the bathroom or near any water sources that may be cause for the Charging Base to become submerged.
■ Please ensure the product is completely clean and dry before storing to help avoid mold and other build-up.
Q: Can I use the Charging Base to dry the item while it’s wet?
A: A small amount of water dripping from the item above should not be a problem. However, please do not fully wash the Charging Base or get it completely wet.

Q: What should I use for lubrication with the FLIP ZERO Series?
A: The FLIP ZERO Series come with two sample pouches of TENGA HOLE LOTION [REAL] included.
We recommend using TENGA HOLE LOTION for further uses.
Please note that while the material of the interior (TPE) should be compatible with other water-based lubricants, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur from third-party lubricants. Oils and silicone-based lubricants should not be used, as these can damage the material.
Q: How should I lubricate the FLIP ZERO Series?
A: Flip the item open and apply lotion to both halves, ensuring to cover every detail – insufficient lubrication can cause discomfort. Please note that excessive application can cause lotion to leak through the one-way valve at the top of the item. Lubricating the insertion point before use will also allow for smoother entry.

Q: How do I operate the FLIP ZERO EV?
A: Press and hold the button on the top of the FLIP ZERO EV to turn the item ON. Press and hold the button again to turn the item OFF. Once ON, press the button to cycle through the vibration modes.
■ Removing the Slide Arms during use will stop the vibrations, but please note this does not turn the item OFF, and will run down the battery.
Q: What vibration modes does the FLIP ZERO EV have?
A: There are 5 vibration modes. After turning the item ON, press the button to cycle through these modes:

2) High: high-power constant vibration
3) Pulse: Pulsing bursts of vibration

A: Currently there are a number of counterfeit TENGA items on the market. While they may look very similar to authentic TENGA products, the quality is far inferior and may even be dangerous to use.
